You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it.

You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet the following criteria:

  • Your purchase is not delivered at all.
  • You received a defective or incorrect product.
  • It hasn’t even been a day since you placed your order!
  • If the product you received is not the one you purchased, you have 7 days to return it after receiving your order. If your product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please email us and we will replace it.
